Technical SEO Specialist (Growth Marketing & UX Focus)

About the role

Huzzle is recruiting a full-time Technical SEO Specialist with a growth marketing mindset and UX awareness. The role covers website performance, organic visibility and user journeys, going beyond traditional SEO by analysing technical metrics, finding conversion bottlenecks and improving on-site experiences. Candidates work independently as contractors placed directly with a client.

Key responsibilities

• Run technical SEO audits covering site structure, crawlability, indexing and Core Web Vitals
• Analyse and optimise user journeys and conversion funnels to boost engagement and lead generation
• Monitor and report traffic, rankings, bounce rate and conversions
• Fix technical issues such as redirects, broken links, site speed and metadata
• Implement on-page SEO improvements and optimise page structure in Webflow
• Collaborate with developers and designers to improve UX and site performance
• Run growth marketing experiments (A/B testing, landing page optimisation, content improvements)
• Build internal linking strategies and site architecture

Required profile

• 2-5+ years of experience in Technical SEO or a similar role
• Solid understanding of website structure, HTML/CSS basics and on-page SEO
• Experience analysing user behaviour, funnels and conversion data
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and CRO; growth marketing experience is a strong plus
• Ability to work with developers and explain technical recommendations clearly

Required skills

• SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console and GA4
• Webflow CMS (highly preferred)
• UX/UI best practices and CRO
