Graphic Designer

About the role

As a Graphic Designer at Nexo you will own design projects from concept through delivery, shaping the visual identity of a leading fintech and crypto platform. You will work closely with brand, product, content and marketing teams to create cohesive storytelling across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute design projects end‑to‑end, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Develop and refine Nexo’s visual identity for campaigns, social media, and events.
• Collaborate daily with content, brand, product and marketing teams to ensure consistent storytelling.
• Partner with top agencies on international campaigns.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to increase speed and quality.
• Help improve design systems in Figma and share feedback to raise creative standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital or brand design with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong visual sense covering typography, motion and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity for AI and willingness to use it to work smarter.
• Understanding of fintech, crypto or tech audiences.
