Multimedia Designer

About the role

EnduroSat is looking for a versatile Multimedia Designer to create high‑quality video and graphic content that supports marketing, branding, education and product initiatives. The role blends video production and graphic design, requiring strong shooting, editing and visual design abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and produce videos for marketing campaigns, product showcases, educational material and internal communications.
• Edit footage, apply colour grading, sound mixing and pacing to deliver polished final videos aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create graphic assets for social media, presentations, print collateral and front‑end web layouts.
• Design presentations and printed materials for both internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and engineering teams to translate concepts into visual assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Portfolio showcasing both video production (shooting & editing) and graphic design work.
• Proven experience in videography and post‑production, with strong montage skills.
• Solid graphic design expertise for digital and print formats.
• Experience designing presentations and marketing collateral.
• Familiarity with front‑end design tools such as Figma is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of design principles, visual composition and colour theory.
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant degree in multimedia, visual arts or a related field is a plus.
