Senior Product Designer, B2B Lifecycle

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join Tabby’s B2B division and shape the end‑to‑end experience for our business partners, from onboarding through activation and ongoing management.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end onboarding and activation flows that guide partners through document submission, review, approval and product activation.
• Transform complex, regulated processes into clear, guided experiences with transparent status updates and meaningful feedback.
• Create tools that allow partners to manage organizational structures, teams, roles and permissions within the product.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX researchers, writers and engineers to translate business requirements into design solutions and ensure quality delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, especially on complex, logic‑heavy or regulated products.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to simplify multi‑step flows, edge cases and rule‑based processes.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end ownership from problem framing to production‑ready UI, demonstrated in a portfolio.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams with product managers, researchers, writers and engineers.
• High craft standards and a habit of using AI tools to accelerate workflow.
