Implementation Consultant – Remote Training & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver remote training, manage end‑to‑end implementation projects and support customers through go‑live and adoption phases. The role works closely with Technical, Onboarding and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote training sessions to new and existing customers.
• Manage multiple implementation projects from planning through to go‑live.
• Understand customer processes and recommend effective system workflows.
• Collaborate with Technical, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams to coordinate requirements.
• Support customers during go‑live and adoption phases while maintaining expertise in new product features.
• Maintain expertise in new product features and industry best practices.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience delivering software training or implementation services.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience analysing business processes and translating them into implementation plans.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Customer‑focused with excellent organisational skills.
