About the role

ABB is looking for a proactive Coordinator to manage the flow of blanks and materials with external partners. You will ensure timely shipments, support technical issue resolution, and maintain compliance with ABB processes.

Key responsibilities

• Organise sending and receiving of blanks and materials to external partners according to a pre‑defined schedule.
• Create, monitor and synchronise transport requests for shipments to and from ABB.
• Assist the network of external partners in resolving technical questions.
• Visit partners to verify materials, blanks, tools and adherence to related processes.

Required profile

• Technical secondary or higher education (advantageous).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (advantageous).
• Strong ability to work with technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and daily interaction with multiple departments.
• Team player with quick decision‑making in a dynamic setting.
• Responsible, disciplined and well‑organised.
• Driver’s licence (advantageous).

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with an MRP system (advantageous).
