Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning Projects

About the role

Manage a portfolio of strategic supply chain planning projects from definition through deployment and transition to business as usual. The role translates enterprise planning strategy into clear outcomes, integrated delivery plans and sustainable business adoption across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own integrated project plans covering process, solution, data, change, testing, cutover and operational readiness.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, budget assumptions, risks, issues and dependencies, taking corrective action when needed.
• Govern global design, assess market‑specific requirements and drive standardisation where it adds value.
• Lead business mobilisation, readiness, testing, training, cutover and hypercare for each deployment wave.
• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, functional leaders and project teams across a complex matrix organisation.

Required profile

• Strong programme and project leadership with governance, risk management and executive reporting experience.
• Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in deadline‑driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead change management for transformational projects and ensure smooth transition to BAU.
• Commercial judgement to link project decisions to measurable operational, service, cost and risk outcomes.

Required skills

• Experience with advanced planning capabilities and integrated business planning platforms, especially SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of planning performance management, data governance and analytics.
