Department Manager – Cash Administration & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a Department Manager to lead cash administration and logistics at our Serdika Center store in Sofia. The role combines responsibility for cash accounting, logistics operations and supporting store management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team with full accountability for departmental performance.
• Oversee all aspects of cash accounting, including daily takings, reconciliation, and cash desk procedures, supporting checkout operations when needed.
• Manage logistics operations such as unloading goods, verifying transport documents, and preparing merchandise for storage.
• Lead and execute the annual stock inventory in close collaboration with the team.
• Support store management with administrative tasks, including documentation and internal process coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably in sales, store administration or in‑store logistics.
• Organized and analytical, comfortable working with numbers and service‑oriented.
• Highly committed, proactive and ready to roll up sleeves to get things done.
• Confident English communication; German is a plus but not required.
