Lead/Senior Automation QA Engineer

About the role

Lead the quality strategy for the FLE project across multiple products and drive automation excellence. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality strategy for the FLE project across multiple products.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution.
• Build and maintain automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Perform API testing and validate test data using SQL.
• Design and execute regression testing strategies ahead of releases.
• Lead root‑cause analysis for defect trends and standardize QA processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid‑level QA engineers.
• Design and implement AI agents to improve QA workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Automation QA Engineer or AQA Lead.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Playwright and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with API testing and SQL.
• Experience working with multiple automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance.
• Interest in AI‑assisted QA tools and AI agents.
• Leadership, mentoring and communication skills.
• Readiness to work until 8 PM Warsaw time.
