Managed Services Intern

About the role

HP Bulgaria is looking for a Managed Services Intern to support the Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) in managing the remote operation of Managed Print Services for MPS customers, balancing customer satisfaction and profitability. The internship follows an onboarding phase, a first project phase of 6 months (with possible extension to a second phase), and starts potentially in February 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Support CDMs in handling change requests and answering customer queries
• Assist CDMs in daily operations management
• Help prepare operational account reviews
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks and follow up on their completion
• Take part in projects reviewing and documenting processes under the mentor's supervision

Required profile

• Current regular university student
• Fluent English; other EMEA languages are a strong advantage
• Customer-oriented, proactive and collaborative
• Comfortable working in a remote, virtual environment
• Strong communicator
