Platform Architect, Digital Employee Experience

About the role

LinkX is hiring on behalf of a multinational group for its Group Digital Employee Platform team. As Platform Architect, you will drive the strategy and architecture of the group's employee experience products, including the Employee Productivity Portal, Talent Management and Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Employee Listening solutions. You will define technology roadmaps, align solutions with business goals, own the product lifecycle from design to maintenance, and lead architecture governance, vendor evaluation and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Co-own the Digital Platform roadmap with the Product Manager and Enterprise Architecture.
• Design the platform in line with Enterprise Architecture and TOGAF, applying the full software development lifecycle in an agile environment (SAFe, DevSecOps).
• Architect modern SharePoint solutions using the Viva suite, and lead UI/UX design, platform development and configuration.
• Integrate the platform with other enterprise platforms and define enabler epics for sub-platforms, technology, security and interfaces.
• Own platform quality assurance, testing, security and integrity, and oversee website development and launch while resolving technical issues quickly.
• Manage vendors and partner with the business to drive adoption, and keep solution documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years in at least one core Microsoft 365 module, such as SharePoint, Yammer, Teams or Azure.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Copilot experience, or familiarity with Microsoft Search and Gen AI search.
• Experience in a company-wide reboot of internal communication, collaboration or digital employee experience.
• Open to candidates currently based in Sofia; hybrid model of 3 days office and 2 days home.

Required skills

• Architect experience with modern SharePoint, including global navigation and hub structures for intranets.
• Architect experience with Viva or Yammer, including Microsoft Adaptive Cards.
• Azure AI Search experience.
• Nice to have: Workday or SAP adaptive cards.
