Senior Manager – Electrical, Automation & Industrial Networking

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead the Electrical, Automation and Industrial Networking (EA&N) function for the France BeNeLux region, reporting to the Associate Director of EA&N. The role shapes strategy, defines standards, and drives adoption of innovative technologies across manufacturing and logistics sites to improve safety, sustainability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and evolve EA&N standards, including obsolescence strategy, aligned with Digital, OT Cybersecurity, AssetCare, BPT (IT) and Safety teams.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for medium and low voltage systems, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA and machine safety, supporting sites in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Partner with capital project execution teams to ensure supplier compliance with standards and to guide projects from design through implementation.
• Lead capability development through training, coaching and knowledge transfer for site automation engineers.
• Influence OEMs and suppliers to adopt CCEP standards and manage obsolescence risks.
• Collaborate with AssetCare and central teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the EA&N space.

Required profile

• Proven senior engineering leadership experience in electrical, automation or industrial networking within a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong track record of developing and implementing technical standards and managing obsolescence.
• Excellent influencing and coaching skills, able to build trusted relationships with sites, suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience supporting capital projects and delivering technical guidance throughout project lifecycles.
• Ability to work across France, Belgium, Netherlands and broader Western Europe.
