Senior Manager, Fixed Assets (RTR)

About the role

The Senior Manager, Fixed Assets is responsible for leading the Fixed Assets team, ensuring accurate and timely accounting, reporting, and compliance for fixed assets and leases. The role partners with business stakeholders to drive operational excellence, continuous process improvement, strong internal controls, and high‑quality financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, local GAAP, and CCEP Group policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Fixed Assets Accounting team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Oversee accurate and timely accounting of fixed assets, leases (IFRS 16) and related transactions in line with IFRS, local GAAP and group policies.
• Ensure timely completion and review of journal entries, reconciliations and month‑end close processes.
• Monitor balance‑sheet reconciliations, resolve reconciling items and lead period‑end close activities.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on capital expenditure, depreciation, impairment, disposals and leasing matters.
• Drive process standardisation, automation and continuous improvement across the RTR function.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls.
• Lead finance transformation projects, system implementations and process enhancements related to fixed assets and leased assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational SSC or Big 4 audit environment.
• University degree in Finance or Accounting; professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English; additional European language is beneficial.
• Advanced analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Proven leadership and people‑management experience.
