Accounts Payable Specialist (Italian/Spanish/Romanian)

About the role

The Heidelberg Materials International Business Service Centre provides administrative, transactional and accounting services to in-scope companies. It is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Varna who speaks Italian, Spanish or Romanian. The specialist processes invoices and other transactions for various Heidelberg Materials countries.

Key responsibilities

• Process all transactional activities through the relevant workflow tool (accounts payable, document validation and related)
• Provide timely customer service, guidance and support to suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure processes follow training and documentation and that controls are followed
• Work accurately within agreed SLAs on a right-first-time basis
• Escalate non-standard requests or issues to line management and report inefficiencies or gaps
• Work with integrity and confidentiality

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Economics
• Good command of Italian, Spanish or Romanian
• Attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Ability to learn systems and to work in repetitive tasks
• Team player with good communication skills

Required skills

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel)
• Experience with ERP is an advantage
