Accounts Payable Specialist (Norwegian/Swedish/Danish)

About the role

The Heidelberg Materials International Business Service Centre provides administrative, transactional and accounting services to in-scope companies. It is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who speaks Norwegian, Swedish or Danish, based in the administrative office in Varna, Bulgaria. The specialist processes invoices and other transactions for various Heidelberg Materials countries.

Key responsibilities

• Process all transactional activities through the relevant workflow tool (accounts payable, document validation and related)
• Provide timely customer service, guidance and support to suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure processes follow training and documentation and that controls are followed
• Work accurately within agreed SLAs on a right-first-time basis
• Escalate non-standard requests or issues to line management and report inefficiencies or gaps
• Work with integrity and confidentiality

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Economics
• Good command of Norwegian, Swedish or Danish
• Ability to learn systems and attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
• Motivation to work on repetitive tasks, good organizational skills and teamwork

Required skills

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel)
• Experience with ERP is an advantage
