Accounts Payable Specialist (English)

About the role

The Heidelberg Materials International Business Service Centre provides administrative, transactional and accounting services to in-scope companies. It is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who speaks English to process invoices and other transactions for various Heidelberg Materials countries, delivering quality services efficiently. The workplace is the administrative office in Varna.

Key responsibilities

• Process all transactional activities through the relevant workflow tool (accounts payable, document validation and related)
• Provide timely and meaningful customer service, guidance and support to suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure processes follow training and documentation and that all controls are followed
• Work accurately within agreed SLAs on a right-first-time basis
• Escalate non-standard requests or issues to line management and report inefficiencies or gaps
• Work with integrity and confidentiality

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Economics
• Good command of English
• Ability to learn systems and attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
• Motivation to work on repetitive tasks, organizational skills and good communication skills

Required skills

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel)
• Experience with ERP is an advantage
