Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join Gorenje Bulgaria as a Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist. The role focuses on day‑to‑day execution and operational management of inbound and outbound flows, inventory optimization, cost control and service level performance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers, optimizing processes for cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers, transportation providers and warehouses to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
• Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to transportation, warehousing and customs.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance logistics and supply chain performance, contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and support direct reports in daily supply chain and logistics tasks.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, logistics or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in similar roles.
• Previous experience working with SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Great knowledge of the English language and fluency in Bulgarian.
