About the role

Join our international team in Bulgaria as a Logistics & Delivery Advisor, providing bilingual support in Hungarian and English. You will ensure smooth package administration, resolve delivery issues, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑notch customer support via phone, email, or chat in Hungarian and English.
• Track packages, resolve delivery problems, and coordinate with consumers, vendors, and partners.
• Maintain professional, efficient interactions that leave a positive impression.
• Stay up‑to‑date on client policies, products, and services.

Required profile

• Fluency in Hungarian (C1/C2) and good knowledge of English (B2+).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer support experience; logistics/delivery background is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient with MS Office.
• Proficient with Google Suite.
