Logistics & Delivery Advisor (Czech & English)

About the role

Join our international team in Bulgaria as a Logistics & Delivery Advisor, providing bilingual support in Czech and English. You will ensure smooth package administration and delivery coordination while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat in Czech and English.
• Track packages, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate with consumers, vendors, and partners.
• Maintain professionalism in every interaction and stay updated on client policies, products, and services.

Required profile

• Fluency in Czech (C1/C2) and solid English (B2+).
• High school diploma or equivalent and previous customer support experience; logistics experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient with MS Office.
• Proficient with Google Suite.
