About the role

Join TELUS Digital Bulgaria’s international team in Bulgaria as a Logistics & Delivery Advisor. You will provide bilingual (Romanian and English) support to ensure smooth package administration and delivery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer support via phone, email, or chat in Romanian and English.
• Track packages, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Maintain professional, efficient interactions that leave a positive impression.
• Stay updated on client policies, products, and services.

Required profile

• Fluency in Romanian (C1/C2) and solid English (B2+).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer support experience; logistics or delivery background is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient with MS Office.
• Proficient with Google Suite.
