Tax Lawyer – Tax Disputes & Litigation

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Lawyer to join our team that focuses on tax disputes and litigation. The successful candidate will work directly with clients, helping them navigate audits, appeals and court proceedings related to both direct and indirect taxes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients during tax audits and inspections.
• Prepare appeals against audit findings and other administrative decisions.
• Represent clients in tax litigation before administrative bodies and courts.
• Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients.
• Collaborate across internal teams to deliver comprehensive tax solutions.
• Monitor legislative changes, trends and their practical application.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as a tax lawyer in a law firm, Big 4 firm or tax/customs administration.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑working abilities with attention to detail.
• Structured approach to daily tasks and strong analytical skills.
