SaaS Technical Analyst – Customer Experience Platforms

About the role

The SaaS Technical Analyst will support Accenture’s customer experience programs by configuring and maintaining SaaS platforms such as Medallia and Qualtrics. Working from one of several Bulgarian offices, you will act as the technical bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery and rapid issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert on partner platforms, addressing client queries and troubleshooting escalations.
• Identify scope, dependencies and integration points to guarantee seamless platform delivery.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, specifications and configuration records.
• Configure SaaS solutions to meet client requirements and oversee quality assurance testing.
• Lead technical investigations, manage escalations and drive resolutions.
• Conduct discovery workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
