Client Relationship Manager

About the role

Dynata is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to act as the trusted partner for key accounts, ensuring delivery excellence, long‑term satisfaction, and account growth. You will support strategic clients across the region, lead high‑visibility research projects, and work as an extension of the client’s core team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact and escalation point for assigned accounts.
• Build strong, long‑term client relationships and ensure exceptional satisfaction.
• Lead and oversee complex quantitative online research projects, guaranteeing quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Provide consultative support on methodology, sampling, questionnaire design, and data quality.
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Sales on account development.
• Troubleshoot delivery challenges and drive practical, solutions‑focused outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge‑sharing across teams.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve processes, elevate service levels, and contribute to new solution development.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of recent quantitative online market‑research experience (agency side).
• 5 + years of experience in a business environment and project management.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong client‑facing communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with SPSS, Decipher, ConfirmIt, CMix, or MarketSight (optional).

What we offer

• Base salary range EUR 25,000 – 31,260 per year (may vary by location, knowledge, and experience).
