Junior Sales Representative

About the role

Walltopia is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join its growing team. You will be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries and will actively pursue new business opportunities across the climbing walls and active entertainment market.

Key responsibilities

• Contact, qualify, and manage inbound sales inquiries.
• Research target companies and generate leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and networking events.
• Build and maintain relationships with key‑account customers.
• Prepare offers, negotiate terms and conditions, and close deals.
• Produce periodic sales reports.
• Collaborate closely with Architecture, Engineering, Product Development, Project Management, and Marketing teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
• Competitive spirit and strong desire to win.
• High curiosity about company processes and product features.
• Strong sense of ownership and self‑accountability.
• Excellent spoken and written English (additional language a plus).
• Effective communication, time‑management, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with sales CRM software (any platform).
