Logistics Planner

About the role

As a Logistics Planner you will be at the centre of our supply chain in Sofia, ensuring that raw materials, production schedules and finished‑goods shipments flow smoothly. You will collaborate with procurement, suppliers, warehouse, production and engineering teams to keep operations efficient and customers supplied on time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and secure material availability by managing raw‑material orders, purchase‑order dates, safety stocks, supplier lead times, capacities and transportation methods.
• Coordinate inbound logistics and inventory flows, including goods receipt, stock levels, scrap, consignment, customs clearance and shipments.
• Create and maintain production plans based on demand, capacity and material availability; release production orders and follow up on execution.
• Maintain accurate SAP master data, purchase‑order confirmations, material and finished‑goods data, costing inputs and distribution‑center stock information.
• Collaborate across procurement, purchasing, warehouse, production, engineering and supply‑chain management to resolve shortages and adjust material flows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply‑chain, logistics, material or production planning.
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, analytical and well‑organized mindset with the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
