Sales Account Manager – Software & IT Services

About the role

Kirey is looking for a Sales Account Manager to drive growth in the software and IT services market. You will design and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to help shape the future of services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and monitor comprehensive sales strategies for the assigned field.
• Prepare high‑quality sales artifacts, including presentations and commercial offers.
• Represent Kirey at conferences, sales and partnership events.
• Partner with leadership to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage complex sales processes, align internal and external stakeholders, and mitigate sales risks.
• Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable and sustainable partnership terms.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and continuously adjust value propositions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and collaborate with delivery and leadership teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and IT outsourcing models.
• Analytical mindset with excellent MS Excel and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and cross‑cultural environments.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
