Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the daily operations of our NEW YORKER store in Sofia. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience, driving sales, and ensuring the store meets its performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store activities, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage, coach, and schedule store staff to achieve service excellence.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Implement loss‑prevention measures and monitor shrinkage.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service.
• Analyse sales data, set targets, and drive initiatives to meet or exceed them.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication abilities.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Relevant experience in retail management is a plus.
