Sales Representative – Italian Language (Remote)

About the role

Concentrix is looking for a Sales Representative who can communicate fluently in English and Italian to drive B2B revenue generation. You will be responsible for selling and renewing products and services within an assigned territory, while ensuring customers adopt and gain value from the solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue‑based quota by selling and renewing products/services.
• Identify and present upsell opportunities where applicable.
• Manage a dedicated territory and guide customers through onboarding and strategic adoption.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise sales processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain the CRM system with timely and accurate data.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a customer service or sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting individual or team sales quotas.
• Strong communication skills in a fast‑paced setting and ability to build positive customer relationships.
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning and optimising new technology and data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
