Senior RFI Developer

About the role

The Global Business Operations Request for Information (RFI) Department at IQVIA answers stakeholder questions about IQVIA's capabilities and services, turning them into customer-facing responses ranging from questionnaires to white papers. The Senior RFI Developer manages comprehensive, timely and accurate responses to support global sales teams and other internal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Research, organise and write corporate capabilities and experience documents for proposals, sales initiatives and customer questionnaires
• Lead teams of subject matter experts and coordinate their inputs to prepare formal replies to global outsourcing and preferred provider RFIs
• Perform quality control edits on all documents and work products
• Identify, test and implement process improvements for RFI information storage and retrieval systems, and contribute to their improvement
• Maintain company, industry and competitor research databases and carry out company, industry and competitor research as required
• Participate in developing and maintaining department information sources, templates and related materials
• May act as principal responder to internal and external requests for information

Required profile

• Degree in Life Science, Business Management, Finance, IT or a related field
• Subject matter expertise in a core IQVIA business line
• At least 5 years of work experience in proposal and/or contract management, marketing, finance, IT, business management or development, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• At least an additional 5 years of operational experience or subject matter expertise in the core IQVIA business line or equivalent business and competitor expertise

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of CRO, pharmaceutical or related industries
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Advanced writing and editing abilities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
