Candidate Relations Expert

About the role

As a Candidate Relations Expert you will match prospective students with business schools and universities, managing the full candidate journey for assigned education events. You will ensure a smooth pre‑event experience, support one‑to‑one meetings and collaborate closely with both candidates and university clients.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and match prospective students with suitable business schools based on preferences, experience and admission criteria.
• Guide candidates through the pre‑event journey, helping them identify appropriate education options.
• Monitor candidate engagement and event performance, taking proactive actions to improve participation and meeting quality.
• Lead correspondence with universities and business schools to define requirements, expectations and ideal candidate profiles.
• Brief and regularly update universities on pre‑event processes, candidate profiles and matching progress.
• Attend in‑person and virtual events to consult candidates and facilitate meetings with participating schools.
• Contribute to the development and optimisation of CRM processes, tools and internal applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Humanities, Business, Marketing, Education or a related field (advantageous).
• International experience or education is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer relations or career advising.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong sense of responsibility, independence and initiative.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
