About the role

Join ICON as a Clinical Trial Assistant in a hybrid setting based in Sofia. You will support the design, execution, and analysis of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory standards while contributing to innovative therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and administering clinical trials, maintaining adherence to protocols and regulations.
• Organize and manage trial documentation, including study files, essential documents, and regulatory submissions.
• Prepare study materials such as informed consent forms and case report forms.
• Facilitate communication across cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth trial execution.
• Track and report trial metrics and milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare‑related field.
• Prior experience or strong interest in clinical research.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
