Hospital Specialist – Endocrinology and Metabolic Health

About the role

We are seeking a highly talented Hospital Specialist to drive the commercial success of an innovative endocrinology portfolio within an assigned European country or territory. This role will impact patient care across endocrinology and metabolic health.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory, developing high‑value interactions with endocrinologists, diabetologists, specialist nurses, pharmacists and other stakeholders.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve regional and national commercial objectives.
• Utilise customer insights, market data and analytics to optimise account prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Present approved clinical and product information in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders and clinical champions within endocrinology and metabolic medicine.

Required profile

• Proven success launching and promoting complex products in hospital or specialist environments.
• Experience in endocrinology, diabetes, obesity or metabolic health therapy areas is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of hospital decision‑making processes, treatment pathways and account management principles.
• Excellent communication, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, accountable and results‑oriented with a proactive entrepreneurial mindset.

Required skills

• Competent use of CRM systems.
• Proficiency with approved digital engagement platforms.
