Continuous Improvement Warehouse Specialist

About the role

HITACHI ENERGY BULGARIA EOD is looking for an onsite Continuous Improvement Warehouse Specialist in Sevlievo, Bulgaria. The role drives continuous improvement in warehouse operations and material flow, with a focus on inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead improvement projects related to warehouse management of processes and production lines
• Implement and optimise the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) methodology for accurate and efficient inventory and material handling
• Support Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery, Kanban systems and waste reduction initiatives
• Ensure materials are available at the right time and place to minimise downtime
• Work with cross-functional teams and factory leadership to align on priorities and execution
• Improve KPIs related to warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy and material availability

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, internal logistics and continuous improvement in industrial settings
• Good level of English and native Bulgarian
• Experience leading initiatives across teams without direct authority

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with PFEP, Kanban, JIT and material flow optimisation
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (L6S)
• Microsoft Office package
