Customer Advisor (Azerbaijani) – Relocation to Bulgaria

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support via email, chat and phone. The role focuses on delivering smooth, positive experiences while learning the brand, products and industry in depth.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat and phone channels.
• Research customer questions and provide accurate, professional answers.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with team members and ensure high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani (C1) and English (advanced).
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• High school education.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficient typing and computer skills.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
