Demand & Supply Planning Expert

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Demand & Supply Planning Expert to ensure optimal product availability, inventory efficiency and effective supply planning across our distribution network in Bulgaria.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end demand and supply planning processes using forecasting and replenishment systems.
• Analyze demand forecasts and planning data to determine inventory requirements and generate supplier purchase orders.
• Maintain optimal stock levels across regional warehouses while balancing service level targets and inventory turnover.
• Own supplier replenishment activities for assigned product portfolios.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, investigate exceptions and continuously improve planning performance.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales and Logistics teams to align supply plans with business needs.
• Drive inventory optimisation initiatives and manage risks related to excess, slow‑moving or expiring stock.

• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset, willing to challenge existing processes.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Experience with planning, forecasting, ERP or Supply Chain Management systems.
