Dutch Customer Service Advisor – Logistics & E‑commerce

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to support premium logistics and e‑commerce customers from the Dutch market. The position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and offers a hybrid work model with one office day per month.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound email and phone queries from Dutch‑market customers.
• Provide technical and logistics order assistance, including tracking and issue resolution.
• Maintain high‑quality service standards for premium clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken).
• EU passport or a valid Bulgarian work permit.
• Availability to start on 25 September 2026 or 9 October 2026.
• Interest in building a long‑term career in e‑commerce logistics.
