Dutch Speaking Deliveries Customer Support (Hybrid – Remote / Sofia Office)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Dutch‑speaking specialist to join our logistics support team. Working from home three weeks a month and one week on‑site in Sofia, you will act as the main point of contact for Benelux customers, ensuring shipments are tracked and delivery issues are resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Dutch‑speaking customers and delivery partners via phone, email and live chat regarding shipment status, delivery timelines and address updates.
• Investigate delayed or misplaced packages, coordinate with courier networks and provide fast solutions for delivery exceptions.
• Handle inquiries about shipping rates, returns, customs documentation and order tracking.
• Record all interactions, updates and support claims accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with logistics operational teams to maintain high delivery satisfaction across the Benelux market.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and solid English proficiency (B2+).
• EU citizenship or an unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
• Quiet home workspace with high‑speed internet and ability to work on‑site in Sofia one week per month.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and customer‑focused attitude under time‑sensitive conditions.

Required skills

• Experience in customer support, logistics, supply chain or e‑commerce (advantageous, not mandatory).
