Dutch-Speaking Digital Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

Kats Recruitment is recruiting Dutch-speaking Digital Marketing Specialists for a consultative digital advertising project in Sofia, Bulgaria, partnering with a global leader in sales and marketing solutions. You will connect directly with Dutch-speaking business clients and agencies in the Netherlands and Belgium, acting as their trusted commercial advisor and guiding them on advertising tools, campaign ROI and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Host consultative business meetings and recommend tailored digital advertising strategies based on client needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on advertising platform features, audience targeting and campaign enhancements.
• Advise on campaign setup, structure, tracking and continuous optimization.
• Identify growth opportunities in inbound inquiries and outbound account management to meet commercial targets.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy, record sales activity and analyse campaign metrics using internal CRM systems.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with business decision-makers and marketing agencies.

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch (native or near-native), written and spoken.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, for corporate communications and training.
• Valid work authorization for Bulgaria; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, account management, customer service or digital marketing is preferred.
• Ability to use value-based consultative selling in a fast-paced setting.

Required skills

• Solid working knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales pipeline software.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
