Senior Marketing Automation Manager

About the role

The Senior Marketing Automation Manager will own day‑to‑day administration of the revenue‑tech stack that supports Sales, Customer Success and Marketing. Reporting to the Director Growth Lifecycle & Automation, the role bridges process architecture and technical execution to deliver scalable, silo‑free workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve cross‑functional automation processes that directly impact organisational goals.
• Hold day‑to‑day admin ownership of core go‑to‑market platforms, ensuring configuration, architecture and health.
• Design, maintain and set architectural patterns for integrations across the revenue tech stack.
• Assess the tech stack, propose data‑driven changes, and drive adoption of emerging revenue technologies.
• Own data governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency and integrity across platforms.
• Define and manage QA and validation frameworks for automation workflows, including pre‑launch checks and post‑launch monitoring.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years hands‑on administrative experience with enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms, including at least 2 years in a lead or expert capacity.
• Deep functional expertise in HubSpot configuration (advanced workflows, segmentations, integrations) and Salesforce environment management.
• Proven track record as the go‑to expert for evaluating, auditing and adopting emerging revenue technologies.
• Ability to read, write or audit custom scripts in JavaScript or Python and mentor others in these skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
