Equipment Supply Chain Agent – Italian & English (Remote, Bulgaria)

About the role

We are looking for an Equipment Supply Chain Agent who is fluent in Italian and English to support end‑to‑end logistics across Europe. The role is fully remote and focused on coordinating equipment deliveries, handling customer queries, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams, logistics partners and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to internal customer inquiries via email or phone within agreed timelines.
• Monitor and meet KPI targets for all supply‑chain activities.
• Escalate urgent issues to team leaders, CLM or logistics service providers.
• Raise complaints and communicate lead‑times, proposing solutions to sales, engineering and operations teams.
• Create purchase orders for new equipment, returns, technical exchanges and DOA handling.
• Track part allocation, shipping dates and inventory levels to minimise back‑log.
• Maintain GDNI and local stock data, ensuring minimal country inventory.
• Process manual order entry and coordinate deliveries or collections with customers and LSPs.
• Support team leader with ad‑hoc requests, escalations and project initiatives.
• Maintain back‑office queues, raise system tickets and clean up discrepancies.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Italian.
• Very good command of English.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, supply‑chain or operations.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
