Graphic Designer

About the role

Nexo, a company building a new model of financial wealth since 2018, is looking for a Graphic Designer. Design is a main pillar at Nexo, and the designer works together with Oblik Studio, the founding design partner, across brand, product and marketing. The role is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Execute design projects end-to-end, from concept through delivery.
• Develop and refine Nexo's visual identity across campaigns, social media and events.
• Collaborate daily with content, brand, product and marketing teams to deliver cohesive storytelling.
• Partner with top agencies on international campaigns.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve speed and quality.
• Help refine the systems in Figma and share ideas and feedback to raise creative standards across the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years in digital or brand design with a strong portfolio.
• Strong visual sense: typography, motion and storytelling.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator; thrives under creative pressure.
• Curiosity for AI and eagerness to use it to work smarter.
• Understanding of fintech, crypto or tech audiences.
• Experience collaborating on large-scale campaigns.

Required skills

• Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator (expert level).
• Motion (After Effects) or 3D design (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) is an advantage.
