Motion Designer

About the role

Nexo, a digital asset platform building a new model of financial wealth since 2018, is hiring a Motion Designer. Working with its founding design partner Oblik Studio, the designer creates motion graphics, animations and visual storytelling for campaigns, product explainers and social content, collaborating with brand, content, product and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute motion projects end-to-end, from storyboard and concept to final delivery.
• Create motion graphics, animations and dynamic visual storytelling for campaigns, product explainers and social content.
• Edit video with tools such as After Effects, Premiere and DaVinci.
• Collaborate daily with brand, content, product and marketing teams to deliver consistent storytelling.
• Experiment with creative approaches, including AI-powered workflows, and propose proactive ideas.
• Partner with other agencies on international campaigns and help refine motion and design systems for consistency and scalability.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showing graphic design, motion design and visual storytelling.
• 5+ years of experience in motion design.
• Experience working within brand systems and expanding them through motion.
• Clear communicator who collaborates well and takes creative ownership.
• Curiosity for AI and willingness to use new tools to speed up creativity.
• Understanding of fintech, crypto or tech audiences.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in Adobe After Effects and strong video editing skills.
• Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Design fundamentals: layout, rhythm, typography and visual hierarchy.
• 3D or interactive motion (Blender, Cinema 4D, Spline, etc.) and experience syncing animation with audio or sound design.
• Familiarity with AI tools for motion and video production.
• Experience with shared Figma libraries, components or design tokens.
