Graphic Designer – Motion & Video Editing

About the role

Tavex is expanding its marketing and content activities across Bulgaria, Serbia and Romania and seeks an experienced Graphic Designer with strong motion‑design and video‑editing capabilities. You will translate marketing objectives into original visual concepts and produce high‑performing assets for digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original key visual concepts for marketing campaigns and adapt them across Meta, Google Ads, websites, email and other placements.
• Create and regularly refresh static and motion performance creatives, including variants for testing and optimisation.
• Adapt creative efficiently across Bulgaria, Serbia and Romania, maintaining consistency while accounting for market differences.
• Design YouTube thumbnails and edit short‑form videos, adding typography, motion graphics and other visual elements.
• Produce occasional corporate presentations, outdoor, print, employer‑branding, event and merchandise materials and coordinate production with suppliers.
• Build and maintain organised creative files, templates and reusable assets to speed up recurring production.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional graphic/digital design experience with a strong portfolio of original visual concepts.
• Excellent design fundamentals (typography, composition, hierarchy, layout) and strong motion‑design/graphics skills.
• Ability to understand marketing briefs, ask the right questions and develop creative directions independently.
• Fast execution, high attention to detail, strong time‑management and organised file handling.
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian and a team‑player with solid collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
• Motion design and motion graphics.
• Short‑form video editing.
• Modern design tools and AI‑assisted workflows.
