HR Strategy Manager – Plant People Lead

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as the HR Strategy Manager for the Kazichene plant, driving talent management, leadership development and labor‑relations initiatives. You will act as the trusted HR partner for plant managers, translating global HR strategies into actionable plant‑level programs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to align people decisions with commercial and supply‑chain objectives, using workforce planning and talent acquisition insights.
• Oversee site labor‑relations strategy, including communication with works councils and compliance with local regulations.
• Drive engagement on the plant culture agenda, coaching leaders on high‑performance work systems and learning management.
• Lead strategic talent processes such as succession planning, early‑career programs, career pathing and mobility.
• Leverage data analytics to create actionable plans that support business performance and inform People Services of regulatory changes.
• Support time‑and‑attendance systems, performance calibration and change‑management initiatives during plant transformations.

Required profile

• Broad generalist HR experience across multiple employee populations and seniority levels.
• Proven ability to work with trade unions and deliver change.
• Track record as a credible business partner who can influence and inspire senior leaders.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma principles to drive high performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity and future‑focused strategic thinking.
