Human Resources & Corporate Services Lead

About the role

The Human Resources & Corporate Services Lead will shape HR strategy and employee experience across Bulgaria, Slovenia and Croatia. You will translate the European business strategy into actionable HR priorities and partner with senior leaders to drive performance, learning and inclusion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the European business strategy into effective HR priorities.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, performance and retention.
• Oversee employment contracts, compensation, benefits and payroll partnerships.
• Support implementation of Oracle HR and Performance modules.
• Drive learning, recognition, well‑being and inclusion programmes.
• Ensure local compliance in all three markets and advise managers on complex HR matters.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of relevant HR experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience managing teams and partnering with senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, systems and employment practices.
• Fluency in English.
