Inside Sales Account Representative – English Speaking

About the role

Join Accenture's Digital Inside Sales team in Sofia, focusing on inbound and net‑new qualified leads. You will own the sales pipeline, deliver digital presentations and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Catch inbound and net‑new qualified leads and own opportunity validation.
• Prepare and deliver digital presentations to clients and hand off to close the sales cycle.
• Maintain a robust pipeline in the client CRM with accurate data.
• Generate sales strategies and create training content for the team.
• Work on medium to enterprise opportunities from qualification to presentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales or lead generation experience.
• At least 1 year of account management experience.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Metrics‑based sales experience with focus on quota attainment.
• Interest in IT and cloud‑based technology is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
