Sales Manager Controls & Digitalization

About the role

As a Sales Manager for Controls & Digitalization you will drive regional sales growth for Siemens Energy in Bulgaria and the wider Southeast & Eastern Europe region. You will work closely with bid and project management teams to deliver innovative control and digital solutions for gas and thermal power plants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Controls & Digitalization portfolio targeting municipal, utility and industrial energy producers.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce, provide accurate forecasts and regular market reports.
• Identify new business opportunities, analyse market trends and supervise competitor activities.
• Lead the creation of technical and commercial proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or Control Systems.
• Proven senior technical sales experience in energy, power generation or industrial automation.
• Track record of managing complex, long‑cycle sales projects for large industrial customers.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English, with willingness to travel within Bulgaria and occasionally abroad.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM proficiency.
• Deep technical knowledge of power plant control systems and digitalization solutions.
