Junior Secure Software Development Engineer

About the role

Join A1 Competence Delivery Center as a Junior Secure Software Development (SSDLC) Engineer, working closely with developers and security specialists to embed secure coding practices and automation throughout the software lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in automating SAST and SCA scans within CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain secure coding guidelines and support internal training sessions.
• Review code for simple vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
• Support the Application Security team in vulnerability tracking and reporting.

Required profile

• Practical experience from internships, student positions, or entry‑level roles in cybersecurity or software development.
• Knowledge of Git and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and eagerness to learn.
• Interest in working in a complex, multi‑entity environment.
