Software Engineer – Platform Team

About the role

Dynamo Software is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join its Platform team and help evolve its flagship SaaS product. You will focus on backend development, performance optimisation and automation of deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Write core platform code in C# and .NET, using AI coding agents such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot CLI.
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks (SQL queries, memory pressure, thread‑pool starvation) and validate improvements with measurements.
• Maintain production health by investigating incidents, analysing metrics, logs and traces in Prometheus, Grafana, Loki and Tempo.
• Build AI‑powered engineering tools to automate error triage, flaky‑test fixing and faster shipping.
• Advance the platform’s containerised infrastructure on Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and Argo CD, and improve CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 4+ years of backend, platform or infrastructure engineering experience with production ownership.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, asynchronous programming and performance‑critical code.
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI) in daily workflow.
• Proven ability to profile and optimise applications or databases, preferring measurements over guesses.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for hard production issues and clear communication in English.
