Project Manager – Azure Migration and Transformation

About the role

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Azure cloud migration and infrastructure transformation initiatives. You will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful Azure adoption, delivery excellence, and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Azure cloud migration and infrastructure transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Conduct discovery workshops and gather business and technical requirements.
• Drive stakeholder communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Facilitate governance reviews, escalation management, and decision‑making processes.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure customer expectations and business objectives are consistently met.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, or IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading customer‑facing projects in complex enterprise environments.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure services, subscriptions, and cloud environments.
• Proven ability to facilitate discovery workshops and business discussions independently.
• Strong planning, organizational, risk, and dependency management skills.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
